Once described by a senior leader as "bombproof," Leah has earned that reputation across every layer of the industry, from site-level operations to global operational compliance. Her experience spans early-stage startups, health system research programs, decentralized trial models, global site networks, and large-scale recruitment operations.
At each level, she stepped into environments that weren't ready, built what needed to be built, and carried that experience forward. More than once, the playbook did not exist. So she built it.
Today, as the founder and principal of Northstar Research Partners, she channels that experience into helping organizations build with confidence, operate compliantly, and navigate the complexity of clinical research without having to learn every lesson the hard way.
